Development of in situ sensors (O2, pH, pCO2 , HS-, Mn+2 and Fe+2) for measurement of biogeochemical cycles in marine sediments. Measuring and modeling the early diagenesis of organic C and CaCO3. Estuarine chemistry and global carbon cycles.
