7.  Research locations:  Satilla River Sta. -4 (4 km outside mouth),016 at
16 km from mouth and approximating 15 o/oo, and 028 at 7 o/oo.

8.  Methods:  Precision Winkler measurements of unfiltered river water
before and after 13 h incubations at in-situ temperature in dark incubators
aboard R/V Blue Fin.  Five replicates each of zero time, 13 h control,
added N, added P, added metals and vitamins (MV), added glucose (G), added
N, P, MV, added N, P, MV, G, killed control. For details of concentrations
and procedures see Pomeroy et al. 1995, Mar. Ecol. Prog. Ser. 117: 259.

data on respiratory rates and dissolved oxygen.  This cruise was interrupted
by a hurricane, which passed offshore.  8-28 data are post-hurricane. Some
samples are outside the inlet, E. G. minus 4 km (-4).
